Shipping on European orders is FREE!

All orders (IN STOCK items) are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of point of ordering. At Bikinini.com we carry a huge stock of sexy bikinis and beachwear. Due to the variety of colors and sizes, as well as production availability, sometimes we will be out of stock on an item (this will be highlighted next to the product within the shop). We cannot guarantee turn around time on any out of stock item for our stock levels vary due to seasonal patterns. Please Note. that there may be delays during high volume times including holidays.

All our orders are dispatched in discreet plain LDPE polythene mailing bags. These are high strength, weatherproof and burst / puncture resistant with a permanent self seal close - Plus they are recyclable!

International Orders

Flat €5.00 shipping charge on all Non EU orders (Not including taxes).

Your order will be shipped via air mail and will be delivered to your countries customs usually within 6 - 8 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery times for International Orders. Your delivery date is influenced by your local governments importing procedure which is out of our control. All orders typically ship within 24-36 hours (Business) of purchase for all STOCK items. International customers must also note that some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your countries customs processing centre. It is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) to pay any such charges. We cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order. Typically the following regions can occasionally experience customs delays: Africa, Canada, South America, North America, Russia and Asia. Bikinini.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you are responsible for all Customs and Duties charges that your country may impose.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your new sexy bikini and we try to ensure that all purchases meet the high standards of our customers. In the unlikely event of a problem or defect with your purchase, or you wish to exchange for a different size/style, you must first contact us with your requirements or problems.

Exchanges are welcome, but due to our free shipping policy we do charge for the replacement item to be shipped back to you. European Customers will be charged €2, International customers €5. You will also be liable for any costs shipping it back to us.

In the unlikely event of a Return, we will refund the cost of your items. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns (International customers only)

Items must be returned in as new condition with all tags attached and hygiene strip in place (Some items do not have tags or hygiene strips). Returned items that have been worn/washed or items with hygiene strips that have been removed and stuck back on will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.

PLEASE NOTE. When returning items, take the time to return them in the condition you received them in. The sexy Bikinis should be folded flat, and carefully laid in the bag. Bikinis that have been returned with bad creases from being simply stuffed into bags, will NOT be refunded, and will be returned back to you. We ensure that our bikinis are shipped out to you in pristine condition, and expect your consideration in returning them as the same.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of shipping for EU customers, and within 30 days for customers outside the EU. Exchange items will be sent by return post upon receipt, checking and restocking of item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any postage costs back to us.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive your returned items and process your request for EU customers and 30 days for customers outside the EU. We will e-mail you at the address we have on record once your return has been received, and a replacement has been posted back to you.

For your protection all payment details are transmitted over a secure link and Payments are then processed securely via our payment services provider Paypal – the safer, easier way to pay online. At no point do we see your credit card details, it is all processed via our payment services provider Paypal Paypal accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Ordering & Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards which are processed on line by Paypal, the safer, easier way to pay online.

All payments are made in EUR€ (Euro) and any currency conversion is purely for indication purposes only. Paypal offers the option of paying in other currencies such as GBP £ and USD$.

Payment by bank transfer is possible and welcome (we remind you that your product will only be delivered after the money has been credited to our account). Please note your product choice and colour and email us info@bikinini.com with your order and that you wish to pay via bank transfer.

Transfer instructions and bank details will be sent to you direct by email.
